赌钱app可以微信提现 Barbara Gill Lifetime Fitness Center

All current 赌钱app可以微信提现 employees, their spouses, and college-age dependents are eligible to use the Fitness Center in the Gym with their 赌钱app可以微信提现 ID card. Employees may walk in with their 赌钱app可以微信提现 ID card (NO orientation is required).

Spouses and college-age dependents will need to email the Employee Wellness Coordinator, mwarne10@goudounet.com,  to get into the system before they are able to use the center. Safety protocols are outlined on the Fitness Center web page.

Regular Hours when classes are in session for fall, spring and summer:

  • Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m.-10:30 a.m.,11 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 4 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 6 a.m.-10:30 a.m.,11 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 4 p.m.-7 p.m.
  • Saturday: 6 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Sunday: 1-5 p.m.
  • Closed for Cleaning Monday-Friday from 10:30 a.m.-11 a.m. and 3:30-4 p.m.
  • Fitness Center is closed if the College is closed.

Indoor Track

When open, 赌钱app可以微信提现 employees may use the indoor track in the Gym by presenting their 赌钱app可以微信提现 ID card to the check-in desk. The track is open Monday through Friday based on availability; please call ahead before arriving to make sure it is not closed for an event. The Fieldhouse phone extension is 4635.

Chair Massages

Chair massages from a certified massage therapist occur right on campus! 15-minute sessions cost $15. Located in Regnier Center 171.
